We provide comprehensive services in the field of iron and aluminium processing. Our equipment fully corresponds to this business field. We are one of the few companies that can also operate a powder paint-shop, which allows working with parts sized up to 6x1.5x0.8 metres.
New fully modernised continuous paint-shop
Our fully modernised continuous paint-shop allows painting of parts sized up to 6x1.5x0.8 metres! The preliminary treatment is done in four cycles: degreasing and phosphate coating, first rinsing, second rinsing, and then DEMI water spraying. The continuous paint-shop has three washing functions: chemical, thermal, and mechanical. In these baths, we condition the following materials: steel, aluminium, zinc-coated steel. A self-cleaning spraying box is included into the line; this spraying box is able to switch from one paint to another in just 15 minutes.
New! ADS 40/320 folding press-brake
We recently commenced the operation of the ADS 40/320 folding press-brake for the maximum product length of 4,000 mm with 320-tonne traction. For tooling available, it corresponds to the material 7 mm thick in the full folding length with the natural bending radius for materials up to 400 MPa in strength. For stainless steels with strength of 700 MPa, it corresponds to the product thickness of 4 mm. The press is equipped with a split upper tool for bending materials more than 4 mm thick; it can use our existing assortment of split upper and lower tools for parts up to 4 mm thick.
CNC burning machines
Our equipment includes two CNC burning machines: the Bysprint 3015 and the Byspeed 4020 laser burners. The Bysprint 3015 laser burner's power is 2,200 W and the sheet size is 3,000x1,500 mm. This machine allows working the following sheet metal: 12 mm thick carbon steel, 6 mm thick stainless steel, and 4 mm thick aluminium and its alloys. The Byspeed 4020 laser burner's power is 4,400 W and the sheet size is 4,000x2,000 mm. This burning centre is capable of working the following sheet metal: 20 mm thick carbon steel, 15 mm stainless steel, 10 mm thick aluminium, and 3 mm thick non-ferrous sheet metal.
CNC punching machines
Our equipment includes two EUROMAC CNC punchers. The EUROMAC MTX 1250/3000 punching press is designed for die cutting various parts from sheet metal. It is equipped with a set of tools for sheet metal thickness up to 3 mm with the material strength up to 400 MPa. The maximum size of the worked sheet is 1,250x3,000 mm. In addition to the basic tooling set, we also have available a tool for shaping offsets for openings secured against rainwater, and a tool for engraving inscriptions and graphics. The machine holds 25 tools in six working heads so that we can respond very quickly to any orders without losing any time needed for exchanging the tools. The EUROMAC with a traction force of 30 tonnes for the 1,250x2,500 mm sheet metal size and a large assortment tool selection.
CNC bending machines
We own the Schröder MPB 2500/2.5 programmable sheet metal bending machine that can work the sheet metal maximum length of 2,500 and thickness of 2.5 mm. Unlike the folding press-brakes, this machine is capable of shaping even circular curves without any visible imprints, and can form bends that cannot be made on press-brakes, or just using a special tooling.
CNC folding press-brakes
Our equipment also includes four CNC folding press-brakes: CoastOne Cone 900 CNC folding press-brake, HOL 80 CNC, SAFAN E-Brake 100/3100, and ADS 40/320. The CoastOne Cone 900 folding press-brake is designed for small parts with the traction strength of 22 tonnes and a 868 mm long tool. The machine is equipped with split tooling, like the large folding press-brakes. The HOL 80 CNC with traction strength of 80 tonnes and a 2,500 mm long tool. The machine is equipped with split tools so that even parts with bends in both perpendicular axes can be folded. Moreover, this press is also equipped with tooling for deep U-channels that cannot be produced on commonly offered tools. The SAFAN E-Brake 100/3100 with traction strength of 100 tonnes and a 3,000 mm long tool. The machine is equipped with split tools so that even parts with bends in both perpendicular axes can be folded.
