The S & Ř, CH KOVO, s.r.o. offers you preliminary treatment and painting of aluminium parts. Two powder paint-shop are available:
- The new continuous paint-shop capable of painting parts sized 6x1.5x0.8 metres.
- The paint-shop for painting parts sized 1,700x1,700x3,800 mm, and square and bar-like parts up to 4,000 mm long.

New fully modernised continuous paint-shop!
Our fully modernised continuous paint-shop allows painting parts sized up to 6x1.5x0.8 metres!
The preliminary treatment is done in four cycles:
- Degreasing and phosphate coating.
- First rinsing.
- Second rinsing.
- DEMI water spraying.
Triple washing operation:
- Chemical - Depends on alkali degreasing agents in the ACQUOUS variant.
- Thermal - Depends on heating the water bath with chemical agents.
- Mechanical - Depends on the spray force and pressure.
In these baths, we condition the following materials: steel, aluminium, zinc-coated steell.
A self-cleaning spraying box is included into the line; this spraying box is able to switch from one paint to another in just 15 minutes.
Original paint-shop
In our original paint-shop, we coat and burn the KOMAXIT powder paints. Our equipment allows electro-static, as well as electro-kinetic, coating in the continuous line and the custom-made piece coating. We use only environmentally friendly powders in a large colour palette with no content of heavy metals. We offer colour paints from both a domestic supplier and imported ones in short delivery times.
Our burning kiln can process parts up to the size of 1,700x1,700x3,800 mm, square and bar-like products up to 4,000 mm long.
We are able to adapt to other technical specifications.
