Typ CH 100

The type CH 100 digester represent the classical design of the vapour exhauster with ventilating of the suction air outside the room. The ventilation power is ca. 50 litres of air per second. That's enough for removing the common vapour development on a kitchen-stove. The exhauster is equipped with a face-tilting glass that improves catching of vapours, and a filter for catching grease; this filter reduces fouling inside the exhauster, as well as the threat of depositing flammable fouling in the ventilation flue. The ventilator's power is 180 cu.m/hour.

Typ E 100

The type E 100 digester is a modern product. This type of digester is designed for kitchens where no ventilation flue is possible. The air gets cleaned inside the exhauster from grease and smells over a two-stage filter. The benefit of this type of exhauster consists in energy saving as the heat inside the room is not taken outside. This type is not suitable for damp apartments as this type of exhauster does not remove vapours, it mixes them with the room air instead. The life cycle of exhausters is about one year, and depends on the cooking extent and the proportion of fried meals. Replacement filters are delivered as a spare part in the one-year operation set. The ventilator's power is 150 cu. m/hour.

Typ 100EU

The type 100EU digester combines benefits of both the CH 100 and E 100 types. This digester has two built-in ventilators: one has the outlet for connection with the ventilation piping, the second is connected to a filtration element inside the exhauster. The filtered air coming from the non-circulation loop goes to the exhauster's upper front section and is blown at an angle forward and above the cook. Thanks to this design, the cook is not made uncomfortable and no furniture door is affected by the blown air. This design cannot be delivered with the upper location of the ventilation outlet because of the recirculation filter position.

Typ BJ

Like the BJ design type, the exhauster is designed for connecting to the building's central ventilation system. It is not equipped with a ventilator, and its electric wiring is different as the central ventilation start pushbutton and the respective central ventilator's indicator light are used instead of the ventilator's start pushbutton. The pushbutton's and indicator light's terminals are led into an installation box located inside the exhauster. The interconnection to the central ventilator is resolved by the building's electric installation. The power supply and the connection of the electric installation for the vapour digester is the same as that of the other types.

The colour pattern is distinguished by the body shell colour. The combination is effected by the different colour of the suction mesh. The serial offer consists of white and brown, and the rosewood tint, and combinations of these. It is possible to agree upon a different colour pattern in the RAL specification. Colouring is accomplished with the KOMAXIT powder paints with the subsequent burning. Thus, the high endurance of the paint is guaranteed.
