Sheet metal cutting
For metal sheet cutting and separating operations we use not only classic shear machine but also several laser centres Bystronic and Prima Power. Laser technology currently fully replaces conventional metal sheet cutting, including post-machining, milling, drilling and turning. Its advantage is high quality of the cut, high accuracy, narrow cutting gap and low thermal impact on the material.
We are capable of cutting metal sheets up to 4 m long and 2 m wide. We can also handle carbon steel with a thickness of 20 mm.

ByStar Fiber 6000 W
Metal sheet cutting is no longer a job for shear machines only. New modern Fibre lasers help us to cut metal boards with a thickness of up to 20 mm and dimensions of up to 4 x 2 m. These machines can also sort products using the stocking tower.
Bystronic Byspeed 4020
Byspeed 4020 laser cutting machine has a cutting power of 4,400 W and is able to cut metal sheets up to 4 m long and 2 m wide. It can cut sheets made of carbon steel with thickness of 20 mm, stainless steel with thickness of 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm thick and non-ferrous metals with a thickness of up to 3 mm.
Safan Darley shear machine
We also use Safan Darley shear machine which is able to cut metal sheets up to 6.3 mm thick and 3 m wide.
Prima Fiber 4000W laser cutting machine
Prima Fiber 4000W laser cutting machine is able to process metal sheets 3 m long and 1.5 m wide including metal sheets with thickness of 12 mm made from carbon steel, 8 mm thick sheets made from stainless steel and 5 mm thick aluminium and alloys boards.
